Sunday Photo Dump
A couple of days ago I finally was able to obtain a cross stitch pattern that has been very hard to find. Yesterday we took a ride up to Hodge Podge in Strasburg (PA) to see if I could get a piece of fabric large enough in a color that would compliment the floss used. I was successful in finding a fabric. It's just a slightly mottled white hand dyed fabric from Fabric on a Whim. Nothing real exciting and I will show it when I start the project. I also bought a very cute hand made emery strawberry, a Tacky Bill and a beading mat for when I get started on Christmas ornaments. The highlight of the day was the scenery. It was a very "buggy" day. It was also a day for working in the fields. We didn't stop at the Railroad Museum or at the Strasburg train rides. We've been there before. But, it was still nice seeing the "outside" trains. It was a good thing we were able to go yesterday. Weatherwise, today is supposed to be a rough ride.
